- The first step is to set the slide.
In Home Tab, click in Layout.
A display appears. Choose the Blank Option.

The Title’s box and the Text’s Box disappears, leaving the slide empty.

Now, go to Design Tab and, after, the Variants Group.
Press the third option of the row.

The slide´s background becomes black.

- Create a square and rectangle.
Go to Insert Tab and press Shapes.
The rectangle can be found in Recently Used Shapes or Rectangle group (first option).

A Cross sign will come out. This tool is used to create and resize shapes.

Press LEFT BUTTON of the Mouse and drag it to create a square.
Put a height of 7.14 cm and a width of around 10.17.
You may check the size on the Format Tab > Sizes Group.

Repeat the procedure, however producing a rectangle. The rectangle´s size must be 2 cm of height and 16.17 cm of width.

- Apply purple color fill and no border on the shapes.
Select both and click on Format Tab.

Click on Shape Fill.
A display will come out with numerous options of colors. Go to Standard Colors and apply purple (last option).

Now, go to Shape Outline.
In the drop list, choose No Outline.

- Insert text box and create texts.
Go to Insert Tab and press Text Box.

Similarly, to creating shapes’ procedure, a symbol appears in the slide.
Press the LEFT BUTTON of the slide to create the Text Box and set a size of your preference. Although, is important to highlight that for our purpose there is no need to create big Text Boxs, since few words are going to be used.

You will create 4 Text Box and apply configuration.
1º Text Box
Type BE

With the Text Box selected, go to Home Tab.
In Font Group, press the Down Arrow of Fonts.
A drop list comes out, presenting numerous options of Fonts.

Scroll down and choose TW CEN MT

Now, click on box of Font´s size and type 225.
After, click on B button to bold the text.

The text´s size increase and is delivery in vertical position. It happens because the size of the Text Box is not wide enough.

To correct this, position the mouse´s arrow above the second circle of the right corner, until it becomes a double white arrow.
Click, hold the LEFT BUTTON of the mouse and pull the Text Box´s border to the left. It will increase the width of the Box.

Create 3 more Text Boxes, according to the configuration bellow.
All of them must have TW CENT MT as font and White as color. In addition, all must be written in ALL CAPS.

- Reposition the texts and Groups.
Position the text according to the figure 33.

Group the text “BE” with the square.
Select both (may be will be necessary to drag down the text a little to be able to select the square)
Right click.
A drop list appears.
Press GROUP and GROUP again.

Now both text and square are grouped. Return the text to within the square.

- Apply the Entrance Animation
First, let´s set the BE Group´s animation.
Go to Animation Tab and press “Fly Inn” option.

Now, press Effect Option.
A drop list appears, choose Far Right.

Now, go to Timing group.
On Start options, maintain “On Click”.
On Duration, type 0.75.

In Animation Tab, press Animation Pane.

Now we are going to apply the effect on the others texts.
With the “BE” Group selected, press Animation Painter on Advanced Animation Group.

Click on “Your Own Boss” Group.
All the effects of the first group are applied on the second.

After the procedures, the Animation Pane must be similar to the Figure:

- Create more rectangles to hide the animation´s path.
In this moment, it is possible to see the whole movement of the animation. Although, it is more elegant to show only half of it, offering the illusion that the texts are emerging from inside the slide.
Therefore, you will create rectangle in the same color of the slide to hide the part of the animation´s movement.
To create rectangles, use the same procedure of Step 2.
The rectangles need to be perfectly aligned with the Text Boxes and Groups.
They, also, must have no line.

After set the rectangles, select all of them and change their color to Black, repeating the procedure of Step 3.
