Our policy lasts 5 working days. If 5 working days have gone by since your purchase of the course/courses, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund of your payment, you must inform us within 5 working days from the time of your sign-up of our courses. We will not offer any refund, if you inform us, post 5 working days from the time of your sign-up.
You will not be able to redeem / carry forward any points, discounts or promotional offers once we receive a cancellation request from you.
